These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and j888 ("j888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j888 website at j888-jit.com and all related products and services offered through the platform.

j888 offers welcome bonuses, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these overall Terms. General bonus rules applicable across all j888 promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible j888 members only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. One bonus per person, per household, per device and per payment method applies.

• All bets placed on j888 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the member after placement, except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the individual product rules (for example, cash-out functionality where available).

j888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion and without advance notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a breach, and following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements, the account balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method within 10 working days.

j888's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.
